I have received a "Mailbox quota notification" email. What is this?

The Mailbox quota notification email is an automated message sent to you to inform you that your email account is running out of space.

To resolve this it is recommended that you delete old or unnecessary email messages to create more available space or upgrade your webspace so that your email account can hold more messages.
