My website is not reachable [Domain propagation]

If you have recently purchased a new domain name / website name with Black Moon Hosting or transferred a domain name to us, your domain name may be inaccessible for up to 48 hours while a process known as domain name propagation takes place.

Domain name propagation refers to a process whereby information specifically relating to your website including it's domain name, contact details, nameservers, mail servers and other details are passed on to internet service provider's around the world. Domain name propagation is a normal and unavoidable process.

If you are unable to access your domain name / website name after having waited for over 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate this for you.
